Cessaley Ray

Cessaley Ray, MBA, CPCU, SCLA, is the Director of Claims Operations at USAA, a position held since 2020. Previously, Cessaley worked as a Property Adjuster and Manager of Claims Operations at the same company, contributing to claims management since 2015. Before joining USAA, Cessaley gained banking experience as a Personal Banker at Fort Hood National Bank and as a Bank Teller at Ameris Bank. Cessaley holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from American Public University and a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Social Sciences from the University of South Florida.
