Chad Houck is a seasoned leader in cyber threat intelligence with extensive experience in both military and civilian sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Cyber Threat Intelligence at USAA since January 2022, Chad's previous roles include significant positions within the United States Air Force, where responsibilities ranged from leading counterterrorism analysis for the National Security Agency to guiding a 260-person joint intelligence directorate at NORAD & USNORTHCOM. With expertise in digital network intelligence, operations support, and leadership of large teams, Chad has effectively managed multi-million dollar budgets and guided strategic intelligence operations. Academic qualifications include a Summa Cum Laude Bachelor of Arts in Global Security and Intelligence Studies from American Military University and completion of leadership and process improvement programs.
