Cherise A Deaton, PMP, CSM, SAFe 4 SDP and SA, is a seasoned project and program management professional with extensive experience in various roles across prominent organizations. Currently serving as a Lead Program/Project Manager at USAA since February 2017, Cherise has demonstrated expertise in overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of business-related projects. With a strong background in Agile methodologies, Cherise previously held positions including Senior Scrum Master and IT Senior Project Manager at USAA, where key responsibilities involved financial oversight and collaboration with strategic partners.
