Cheryl Audlee

Cheryl Audlee is an experienced Human Resources Professional and Business Partner currently serving as the HR Business Partner Lead at USAA since 2024. Prior to this role, Cheryl spent nearly a decade at Dell as a Global Human Resources Business Partner, where they provided strategic guidance to executives and enhanced organizational effectiveness for over 1,600 team members. Their career includes significant roles at W.W. Grainger, where they led HR efforts in Mergers & Acquisitions, and at Motorola, where they held various positions in Employee Relations and Talent Acquisition. Cheryl began their career in HR management at Indeliq, Inc., contributing to the establishment of a new eLearning company. Cheryl is also pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management at Olivet Nazarene University.
