Chris Brown

Chris Brown serves as the Director of Operational Risk Management at USAA, where they oversee the operational risk management framework and lead a team of risk professionals. Prior to this role, Chris was the Director of Risk Management and Compliance at Allstate, where they managed strategies and governance for enterprise business operations and centralized the compliance function. They began their career at Allstate as an HR Compensation Consultant and later held positions in talent acquisition and human resources management. Chris is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business.
