Chris Laak

Chris Laak, MPPM, PPMC, CPM, ITILv4, is a Program Manager at USAA with significant experience in project management, customer relations, and publishing. They previously served as an Account Manager at Time Inc. Content Solutions, where they led the creation of a satellite office and managed a team. Chris has also held roles at Rackspace Hosting and Rackspace, where they maintained strong customer relationships and managed substantial account bases. They earned a Master’s degree in Public and Private Management from Birmingham-Southern College and a BA in History and Museum Studies from Baylor University.
