Chris Smith

Chris Smith, CPA, CISA, CFE, is a Senior Manager of Compliance at USAA, where they currently lead compliance initiatives as part of their commitment to governance, risk, and compliance functions. They have an extensive background in financial reporting, audit, and assurance services, having held positions at companies such as Goldman Sachs, Grant Thornton LLP, and BlackRock. Chris also brings experience from various roles in retail and internal auditing, including managing SOX programs. They earned a BBA in Accounting with a minor in Economics and Technology Systems from Pace University.
