Christopher Flores

Christopher Flores, SPHR, a retired U.S. Army veteran, currently serves as the Assistant Vice President at USAA, focusing on military talent acquisition and strategic partnerships. With extensive experience as a senior human resources officer and a proven track record in leadership roles within the Army, Christopher commanded both a company and a battalion within the 1st Cavalry Division. They hold a Master’s in Public Administration from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from St. Mary's University. Christopher's background includes significant strategic and operational roles, including serving as the Deputy G1 for the III Armored Corps and as an Operations Officer in the Office of the Chief of Staff of the Army.
