Christopher Hill, MBA, CPCU, MCM, currently serves as a Business Process Owner Senior at USAA, where they lead efforts in claims operations. Prior to this role, Christopher held various leadership positions at Nationwide Insurance, including Casualty Claims Manager and Manager in Claims Operations. They pursued their education at Thomas Jefferson University, where they are working towards a Bachelor of Business Administration, and at the University of Phoenix, where they are earning a Master of Business Administration.
