Chuck Monroe

Chuck Monroe serves as the Head of Enterprise Generative AI Center of Excellence at USAA since February 2022, focusing on driving transformation through applied AI solutions. Prior to this role, Chuck held multiple leadership positions at Wells Fargo, including Executive Vice President and Head of Artificial Intelligence Enterprise Solutions, where responsibilities encompassed product development and AI solutions to enhance customer experiences and operational efficiency. Chuck's earlier roles at Wells Fargo include leading the Open API channel initiative, which involved technology selection and partnerships with FinTechs, as well as overseeing Treasury Management Operations and a large team in delivering various payment solutions. Chuck holds a Bachelor's degree from Cleveland State University.
