Previously, they served in various Chief of Staff roles within USAA, enhancing their leadership, organizational, and project management skills. Connie earned their Agile Certified Practitioner and PMP certifications in 2019, demonstrating a commitment to continued professional development. Outside of their professional life, Connie enjoys spending time with their family and serving as a foster parent with the Bair Foundation.
