Cornelious Thompson

Cornelious Thompson, MBA, possesses extensive leadership experience in the United States Air Force, having served as Command Chief, where oversight of over 1,100 personnel across multiple divisions was a primary responsibility. Previously, as Superintendent of the 4th Operations Group, Cornelious provided strategic guidance on readiness and training for more than 600 military and civilian personnel. In a multi-logistical role as Director of Program Management, Cornelious managed operations at 18 locations and supervised 401 contractors, demonstrating strong accountability for substantial budgetary responsibilities. Additional roles include Airfield Manager for key operations at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base, Business Process Consultant Fellow at USAA, and Operations Manager with implications for military personnel welfare and oversight in Europe. Cornelious holds an MBA in Aviation and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Technical Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
