Crystal Brown

Crystal Brown, IGP, is a highly experienced Information Governance Professional with over 25 years in the field. At present, Crystal serves as a Senior Information Governance Advisor at USAA, a position held since 2022. Previously, Crystal was involved with the United States Air Force in several roles, including Cyber Systems Operations and as an IT Resource Advisor & Budget Analyst. Crystal also held the position of Information Governance Advisor I at USAA from 2020 to 2022 and participated in the Hiring Our Heroes Fellow program. Crystal is pursuing an Associate degree in Information Management at the Community College of the Air Force and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology Management from American Military University, having previously earned a Master of Science in Information Technology Management from Southern New Hampshire University in 2021.
