Damara Watts

Damara Watts, MBA, is a transformational leader and operational excellence advocate currently serving as the PEAK Vice President for the Chesapeake Chapter at USAA, where they drive initiatives to foster a diverse and inclusive workplace. Damara is also the President and CEO of OPTIMUM ADMIN LLC, leading strategic operations and management. They have previously held roles at Citi and Altig - American Income Life Insurance Company, focusing on business planning and recruitment, respectively. Damara holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Project Management and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Virginia Union University, along with multiple certifications from the University of South Florida Muma College of Business.
