Daniel Lopez began their career in 2009 and has since developed extensive expertise in managing complex projects within the insurance industry. They currently serve as a Business Process Owner in the Special Investigations Unit at USAA, where they leverage data to enhance business processes and performance. Previously, they held various roles, including Special Investigator and Material Damage Specialist, demonstrating skills in claims management, fraud analysis, and project management.
