Dareion Johnson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and human resources, having served as a Senior Scrum Master and Program-Project Manager at USAA. With a master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and a strong focus on empathy, creativity, and vulnerability, Dareion is committed to fostering innovative and inclusive workplace environments. Previously, Dareion held various roles at USAA, contributing to workforce planning and employee relations, and beginning a career in the US Navy, where they provided executive support and led initiatives to improve employee relations.
