Darlene Mac Cormac is the Vice President and Head of Bank Omnichannel Experience and Delivery at USAA since 2021. Prior to this role, Darlene held several senior positions at BMO Harris Bank, including Vice President and Head of US Contact Centers, and Managing Director overseeing Customer Experience and Risk Management for US T&O. Darlene holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Northern Illinois University. They are also a member of The Alumni Society since 2015.
