Darwin White is a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion expert with over 22 years of experience in high-level human resource management, strategic communication, and organizational development. Currently pursuing a Human Relations degree at the Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute, Darwin previously served as a Director of Corporate Impact at USAA and as an advisor to the Chief of Naval Operations on DEI matters in the US Navy. As a senior consultant for the Department of Defense, Darwin specialized in equal opportunity programs and enterprise personnel optimization strategies.
