Dave Dechant

Dave Dechant is the Lead Designer for the Reveille Design System Team at USAA, where they oversee the creation and release of new design components and guidance. With over ten years of experience in design, Dave previously held positions including Senior UX Designer and Creative Director, where they contributed to the development of user-centered design systems and led agile design teams on various projects. Dave graduated with a B.A. in Graphic Design from Winona State University, and their career path has involved roles ranging from Front End Developer to Graphic Designer, showcasing a diverse skill set in both digital and print design.
