David McWilliams is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leading technology and operational initiatives within the financial services sector. As VP of the USAA PMO from June 2021 to June 2025, McWilliams directed the planning and prioritization of a process and technology improvement budget exceeding $1 billion, collaborating closely with the CSO and CFO to drive strategic outcomes. Previous roles at USAA included CIO and VP for the Life Insurance Company, where McWilliams oversaw the technology strategy and implementation for various insurance products.
