David Selchen

David Selchen is a Senior Vice President of Organizational & Total Talent Management at USAA, a leading financial services company serving military families. With extensive expertise in leadership, strategy, and workforce planning, they have held key positions at various organizations, including Chief Learning Officer at Reliance Industries Limited and Senior Vice President at CBRE. David's career began at PDI Ninth House, and they have also contributed to Hewlett Packard Enterprise and BP in global talent management roles. Currently, David is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Psychology & Biology from The University of Winnipeg and a Doctor of Philosophy in Psychology from the University of Oxford.
