David Tesconi

David Tesconi is a seasoned risk, technology, compliance, and financial crimes professional currently serving as the Director of Information Technology, Information Security, and Affiliate Risk Governance at USAA. They previously held various leadership roles at notable institutions, including Bank of America, Fidelity Investments, and Santander Bank. David has also contributed to academia as an adjunct faculty member in forensic accounting and fraud auditing at Southern New Hampshire University. They are active on the board of ACAMS Greater Boston Chapter and are furthering their education with multiple degrees in finance and information systems security.
