Deborah Cowan, MBA, PMP, SA, is the Director of Information Technology at USAA, where they lead the Collaboration & Productivity Operations Engineering team. With a successful track record in managing high-performing teams and executing marketing campaigns, they have demonstrated expertise in risk identification and project management across various industries, including technology and healthcare. Deborah previously held senior roles at Wells Fargo, NeoPlanet, and Henkel, where they managed new product innovations and brand strategies. They are currently pursuing an MBA at the Thunderbird School of Global Management and a BA from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
