Denise Ayala

Denise Ayala, MBA, SCLA, has extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as a Claims Examiner at USAA since May 2012, with previous roles including Sr. Injury Adjuster and various Injury Claims Adjuster positions. Prior to USAA, Denise worked at Illinois Insurance Center from May 1987 to June 2011, where responsibilities included managing office operations as Office Manager, enhancing sales through customer service as a Customer Service/Sales Supervisor, and supporting administrative tasks as Office Staff. Denise holds an MBA from Western Governors University and a BA in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, alongside educational experiences at the University of Illinois at Chicago and the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
