Denver Styes

Denver Styes is currently the Director of Process Engineering at USAA, where they lead the Bank-wide deployment of Signavio’s Business Transformation Suite and manage the Business Process Management team. Previously, Denver held the role of Director of Process Management at Capital One Auto Finance, where they established a Digital Operations team and oversaw significant operational improvements. They also served as a Manager in Risk Management at Cinergy and have extensive experience in various consulting and finance operations roles. Denver holds a BBA in Accounting from Western Michigan University and an MBA in Finance from Michigan State University, along with a Six Sigma Black Belt Certification from the University of Michigan.
