Currently, Devanand serves as a Senior Scrum Master and Agile Coach at USAA, a Lead Program Manager and Enterprise Agile Coach at VZ, and an Enterprise Agile Coach and Trainer as a consultant. Previously, Devanand held positions at DMI as a Delivery Manager, General Motors as a Project Manager, and Sogeti as a Program Manager and Agile Coach, among others. Devanand has also studied at the University of Madras and holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Anna University.
