Diane Thompson

Diane Thompson, MBA, CPCU, is currently the Director of Decision Science Analytics at USAA, where they apply their extensive experience in the P&C insurance industry to drive results and optimize customer experience. Previously, they held various leadership roles at USAA, including Claims Director and Director of Workforce Optimization. Diane’s earlier experience at State Farm encompassed a range of managerial positions, including Claim Team Manager and Claim Section Manager, where they led significant operations and teams across multiple states. Diane earned a Master of Business Administration from Oklahoma State University and has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the same institution.
