Don Frank

Don Frank is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Director of IT at USAA since March 2018, Don Frank oversees a range of IT initiatives. Prior to this position, Don Frank held the role of IT Director for Corporate Applications at Taylor Morrison, where responsibilities included enhancing enterprise applications and leading business intelligence initiatives utilizing various data management tools. Previous experience includes managing the SAP Enterprise Planning & Delivery team at PETSMART and serving as a Sr Programmer/Analyst at PCS Health Systems, focusing on project management and call center systems design. Don Frank received a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Financial Management from Ottawa University and a Computer Science degree from Penn State University.
