Doug Honaker

Doug Honaker is currently the Claims Business Process Owner Lead at USAA, where they apply their extensive insurance carrier claims experience to enhance operational efficiency through technology. Previously, Doug held various leadership roles, including Director of Advisory at PwC, Assistant Vice President of Claims at Unitrin Specialty/Kemper Specialty, and Director of Claims at Direct General Insurance. Their career began at Progressive Insurance, where they served as Claims Manager and Claims Process Developer from 1994 to 2003. Doug earned a B.S. in Finance and an MBA in Finance from Louisiana Tech University.
