Ed Burns

Ed Burns is a data-driven leader who currently serves as the Director of Information Management and Privacy at USAA, where they lead two high-performing teams focused on Data Governance and Regulatory Compliance. Previously, Ed held various leadership roles, including Vice President at TD and JPMorgan Chase, overseeing teams in Data Governance, Digital Analytics, and Competitive Intelligence. Ed's career includes experience as a Manager at International Paper, specializing in knowledge management. Ed is also pursuing an MBA in Finance from Fordham University, while holding a BA in History from Boston College and an MS in Publishing from Pace University.
