Edward Padilla

Edward Padilla, PMP, is a Senior Project Manager at USAA, where they lead cross-functional projects focused on modernization and process improvement. With a successful track record in managing complex initiatives, Edward's accomplishments include significant cost savings and enhanced product ownership transfers. Prior to joining USAA, Edward served 20 years in the U.S. Army, culminating as a Master Sergeant and Tour Coordinator for The United States Army Field Band. Edward is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management at the University of Maryland.
