Elyse Ault is the Director of Information Technology at USAA, a position held since 2021. Previously, Elyse served as a Senior Information Technology Manager at USAA in 2015, where Elyse led a team to enhance IT capacity and quality through the Shift Left practice. Elyse earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from Texas A&M University between 1995 and 1998.
