Emily Robin is a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional with extensive experience in the financial services sector, currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Manager for USAA since November 2018. In this role, Emily leads a team of recruiters to successfully fill approximately 1,100 professional positions annually while also implementing optimized processes for regulatory-driven hiring needs. Prior to USAA, Emily spent nearly a decade at Deacon Recruiting, progressing from Executive Recruiter to Senior Executive Recruiter and Team Lead across various divisions, including IT and Training and Development. Emily holds a Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitation Science from Louisiana State University and a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Troy University.
