Eric Leckband

Eric Leckband is a Senior Designer at USAA, specializing in the Reveille Design System, where they lead design initiatives and mentor colleagues. With over two decades of experience, Eric has held various creative leadership roles, including owner and creative lead at a multi-disciplinary consultancy and art director at several agencies. They have consistently delivered innovative UX/UI solutions and strategically managed teams while fostering client relationships. Eric also contributed to significant design system transformations, enhancing accessibility and maintaining design consistency across platforms. They earned an AAS degree from Brown College.
