Erik Spell, MBA, is currently the Director of Property Operations at USAA, where they focus on team building, project management, and customer service. With a diverse background that includes roles as a Real Estate Agent and a Property Claims Adjuster, Erik has accumulated extensive experience in claims negotiation and customer satisfaction. They hold a Master of Business Administration from Kennesaw State University, where they achieved a 4.0 GPA, and have received multiple awards for their distinguished performance in the insurance industry. Previously, Erik also worked with Liberty Mutual Insurance as a Catastrophe Claims Team Manager and has consistently led teams to high performance results.
