Esra Colvard

Esra Colvard is a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst at USAA, where they have been employed since 2018. A 2016 MBA graduate from the University of North Carolina, Kenan-Flagler Business School, with a focus on marketing, entrepreneurship, and operations management, Esra also holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Sciences from the University of Maryland University College and a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Ankara University. Prior to their business career, Esra served in the U.S. Navy for eight years as a Hospital Corpsman, taking on various roles including customer service representative and logistician. Their experience includes working with senior management to develop strategies addressing critical organizational issues and utilizing their skills in project management, data analytics, and consumer insights.
