Gavin ODell is a Senior Property Field Adjuster at USAA, where they excel in evaluating property claims and providing exceptional customer service. Previously, they worked as a Project Manager at E.J. O'Dell Fire, Smoke, and Water Restoration, overseeing damage evaluations and project execution. Gavin began their career as a Research Associate at Verbatim Advisory Group, conducting interviews and publishing research reports that informed investment decisions. They have also held roles in coaching lacrosse and in ticket sales for the New England Revolution. Gavin earned a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management from Lasell University.
