George Chen is a Data Scientist and Lead at USAA, where they lead GenAI transformations in CFO operations. They previously served as Chief Scientist at 1000Eyes.com and held roles such as Research Manager and Senior Research Engineer at STMicroelectronics. Additionally, they were the CTO and co-founder of SoarSpace and a Senior Manager of Data Science at Walmart Global Tech, where they spearheaded various AI initiatives. George has also contributed to the field as a Principal Computer Vision Architect at Samsung Electronics and a Senior Research Engineer at Nokia. Currently, they are pursuing a Ph.D. at the University of Southern California while also working on a Master’s at Arizona State University and holding a Bachelor’s from Peking University.
