Ginger Moore

Ginger Moore, CRCM, currently serves as a Lead at USAA since July 2019, focusing on Quality Assurance and Quality Control methodology, alongside the development of guidance and templates. Previously, from April 2014 to July 2019, Ginger held several roles at Capital One, including Senior Risk Manager in the Compliance Testing Oversight Group, where responsibilities encompassed managing Independent Compliance Transaction Testing programs, conducting analysis for Board of Directors reporting, and ensuring adherence to compliance regulations. Earlier experience includes serving as VP and Compliance Manager at PrimeLending, overseeing regulatory guidance and comprehensive compliance reviews. Ginger holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Western Governors University and completed programs at the Mortgage Bankers Association Future Leaders Program and ABA National Compliance School.
