Heath Studer

Heath Studer, AIC, AINS, SAFe SA, has extensive experience in claims operations management, currently serving as Manager of Claims Operations at USAA since September 2015, following various roles including Third Party Injury Claims Adjuster and Auto Claims Adjuster. Previous experience includes working as a Technical Document & Contract Specialist at Hampton Roads Transit and a Research Analyst at Deltek. Early career positions involved contributing to The Wall Street Journal and serving as a Program Development Intern at the Hampton Roads Chamber of Commerce. Heath Studer holds a Master’s Degree in Executive Leadership from Liberty University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from Old Dominion University, along with an Associate’s Degree in Social Sciences from Thomas Nelson Community College.
