Heather Howard

Heather Howard is a strategic leader with over 10 years of experience in corporate communications, marketing, organizational readiness, and change management. They currently serve as the Lead Change Management Partner at USAA, where they execute strategic change programs and enhance organizational capabilities within the Change and Workforce Enablement Team. Previously, Heather founded HH Consulting, providing change management consultancy to major companies including Halliburton and Shell, and held managerial roles at Enaxis Consulting, where they focused on effective communication and training during significant organizational changes. Heather is CCMP™ certified and holds a Cum Laude BA in Journalism from West Texas A&M University.
