Heather L

Heather L is the Director of Business Strategy and Planning at USAA, where they have been instrumental in directing program and project management since 2022. They began their career at USAA as a Bank Employee from 1996 to 1999 and have held various roles in finance and accounting, including Senior Accountant and Tax Director. Heather is currently pursuing their education at The University of Texas at San Antonio.
