Heather Wade is a Human Resources Specialist with over fifteen years of experience leading global change management initiatives. Currently serving as an HR Operations Manager at USAA, Heather oversees daily HR functions, ensuring efficient processes and compliance while supporting strategic business goals. Previously, Heather held various roles at Accenture, including HR Business Partner Lead, where significant improvements in performance and stakeholder engagement were achieved. They also developed strategic HR solutions and facilitated leadership development programs, enhancing operational efficiency and employee satisfaction. Heather earned a Master’s degree in Organization Development and Strategic Human Resources from The Johns Hopkins University and holds dual Bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration and a concentration in Marketing from Grambling State University.
