Heidi Sullivan is an accomplished actuarial professional with extensive experience in the insurance industry. Currently, Heidi serves as the Director of Auto Loss Reserving Actuary and the Director of Small Business Insurance Pricing Actuary at USAA, a position held since March 2021. Prior to USAA, Heidi was an Actuarial Manager at Liberty Mutual Insurance from March 2018 to March 2021 and served as a Regional Product Manager at Homesite Insurance from September 2016 to March 2018. Earlier roles include Actuarial Advisor at EY from October 2011 to September 2016 and Actuarial Analyst at Lexington Insurance Company from February 2007 to September 2011. Heidi started the professional career as an Economic Analyst at RISI, from July 2005 to January 2007. Educationally, Heidi holds a Master’s Degree in Economics from Caltech and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics and Economics from the University of Minnesota.
