Jacob Allen

Jacob Allen has extensive experience in various roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Business Process Owner at USAA since January 2013, Jacob develops strategy for lead distribution within the Digital Experience Agile Release Train and previously worked as a Business Advisor, supporting Post Closing processes. Prior to USAA, Jacob held multiple positions at the International Development and Relief Board from 2007 to 2012, including Senior Loan Officer and Aid Worker, overseeing development projects in Morocco with substantial budgets. Jacob's career began at Cinnabon, where significant sales growth was achieved while serving as a Multi-Unit Manager. Additionally, Jacob worked as an Office Assistant at Front Range Healthcare, facilitating the integration of networked locations. Academically, Jacob holds an MBA with an emphasis in Project Management from Grand Canyon University and a BA in History from Hillsdale College.
