Jacob Elling

Jacob Elling is a Senior Human Resources Information System Analyst at USAA, where they have been instrumental in supporting HRIS and Workday integrations since 2021. Prior to this, they spent over a decade at iHeartMedia, starting as an HRIS analyst and advancing to a senior business IS analyst role, where they led the payroll and benefits system implementations. Jacob holds a BBA in Human Resource Management from The University of Texas at San Antonio, obtained in 2009. Known for their strong collaboration skills, Jacob focuses on process improvement and automation in HRIS functions.
