James Dingivan is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in both military and civil service law. They served as an Area Defense Counsel and Assistant Staff Judge Advocate in the United States Air Force from 2009 to 2013. Following that, James worked as an Associate at Brock Person Guerra Reyna, P.C. and as an Assistant United States Attorney at the United States Attorney's Office from 2016 to 2024. Currently, James is a Trial Attorney at USAA and Senior Counsel at Davis & Santos, PLLC, while also serving as an Individual Mobilization Augmentee in the US Air Force Reserve since 2015. They earned a JD from Emory University School of Law and a BA in Political Science from Wake Forest University.
