James Ravizee, MBA, CPM, CPMM, is a seasoned Director of Information Technology at USAA, where they lead multiple development teams in creating data and insight platforms. With over two decades of experience in product management and digital transformation, they have successfully optimized IT operations and established best practices for data governance. Previously, as Product Management Director at USAA Federal Savings Bank, they managed a multi-million dollar consumer lending portfolio and drove product adoption. James holds a BS in Business Management from the University of Maryland University College and an MBA in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix.
