Jamie Wetherell

Jamie Wetherell currently serves as the Executive Director and Senior HR Business Partner at USAA, a position held since October 2013. Previously, Jamie Wetherell worked at Bank of America for over thirteen years, progressing through roles including VP, Human Resources Manager, and Human Resources Consultant, where responsibilities included supporting the global Leasing organization. Jamie Wetherell also held positions such as Performance Improvement Consultant and Operations Analyst, gaining extensive experience in human resources, operational analysis, and client management. Jamie Wetherell holds a BA in Archaeology from the University of Virginia, earned between 1997 and 2000.
