Janice Randolph is the Assistant Vice President of Employee Experience at USAA, where they have worked since 2013. In this role, Janice oversees Employee Relations, Workforce Transitions, and the management of employee surveys and focus groups. Prior to this position, Janice held various roles at USAA, starting as a claims examiner in 1987 and progressing to executive leadership over the years. Janice also worked as a Claims Adjuster at The Travelers Insurance Company from 1977 to 1987 and earned a Master's degree in Sociology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
